Online Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Please refrain from using our promotional discounts with multiple emails, as they are a one-time use code **
We ship Tuesday - Friday.
We ship all orders through Canada Post. Below are the shipping options we offer at checkout:
- Canada : free shipping on orders of $200 (before taxes)
* Please ensure your mailing address and email are correct at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has shipped
* Pink Closet Boutique reserves the right to cancel and refund orders if we find that our codes are being used repeatedly. Your items will not be reserved should this occur.
If you chose in-store pickup/curbside pickup:
We do our best to fulfill online orders as quickly as possible. Your order may not be available on the same day in which it was placed. We ask that you be patient and wait until you receive an email from us stating your order is ready for pickup!
If you chose shipping:
We send all packages with a tracking number. Please be aware, when there is a high volume of online orders due to Black Friday sales or the holidays, our shipping process (including inputting tracking numbers) may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you updated, but if you are curious about the status of your order, please email us!
Once the package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays.
Package Says Delivered But I Can't Find It?
For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. The Pink Closet is not responsible for any lost merchandise. However, we advise you to reach out to us, and we will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package!
My Package Was Stolen, What Should I Do?
We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. The Pink Closet is not responsible for stolen packages.
