Return and Exchange Policy
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority at Pink Closet Boutique. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything that we can to ensure your happiness.
Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to do full refunds.
You must have the original receipt with you or gift code number on tag. Clothing and footwear must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odours. Footwear must be shipped back in the original shoe box with the lid, inside of a package.
All items purchased as a sale item (including items purchased during a sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code) are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $200 (before tax) on your purchase!
With a store credit, you will receive an email containing a gift card code once your return has been processed. This gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable).
Gift card funds are immediately available once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted. The gift card will be given to you upon return of the item.
** Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. These items include earrings and undergarments, including bodysuits. **
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end. Exchanges will be subjected to an additional shipping fee, paid by the customer.

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange. Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed. Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for an exchange or refunded.
If you do not contact us about the issue within the 7 days, we will, unfortunately, be unable to help you. Please make sure to inspect your items and contact us within this timeline.
Items are best cared for by washing in cold water, no fabric softener and hanging/laying garment flat to dry.
